When you book an appointment, contact us, or have work done, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, vehicle, and details about the service you're requesting, such as the number of wheels and any notes you give us. We do not collect payment information through this website.

Like most websites, our servers automatically record basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request. We use it to keep the website secure and working, for example to stop someone from trying to get into another customer's appointments.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to schedule and perform your service, communicate with you about it, prepare estimates and invoices, keep our records, and improve our website and services. We do not sell your personal information.

Emails About Your Appointment

If you give us your email address, we'll use it to send you messages about your appointment and service, such as booking confirmations, changes and cancellations, reminders, and sign-in codes for My Appointments. If you'd rather not receive these emails, contact us by email or phone and we'll stop sending them.

Service Providers & Sharing

We use trusted service providers to run our business, including Amazon Web Services (website hosting, data storage, and email delivery), Google (our business email and website analytics), and Intuit QuickBooks (invoicing). They handle your information only to provide those services to us.

Otherwise, we only share your information as needed to provide our services to you (for example, with a partner shop completing part of a repair), to comply with the law, or to protect our legal rights.

Cookies & Browser Storage

This website uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies to count visits and show us, in general terms, how people find and use the site: the pages viewed, the type of device, the approximate location (such as the city), and the site or search that sent you here. We also count steps in online booking and clicks on our phone number and email address. We do not send your name, email address, or phone number to Google, and we do not use advertising cookies. Your browser also remembers how you first arrived at our site (for example, a Google search or a link on Facebook). If you book online, that is saved with your appointment so we know which of our listings and ads bring in customers.

When you sign in to My Appointments, your browser keeps you signed in for that visit only, and that sign-in is cleared when you close the browser tab.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you provide to us. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

You may contact us at any time to ask what information we have on file for you, to request a correction, or to request that we delete it. We may need to keep some records, such as invoices and work history, for tax, legal, or warranty purposes.
